Turf Pest Prevention
Our Turf Pest Prevention (TPP) program is a once-a-year treatment that protects your lawn from damaging pests like grubs and armyworms without harming beneficial insects or the environment. The treatment is completely safe for kids, pets, earthworms, and pollinators like bees, as it uses a specialized ingredient that targets only pests with chewing or sucking mouthparts.
We guarantee your lawn will not be damaged by Grubs, Spittlebugs, or Armyworms for an entire season. If a treated lawn shows any signs of activity from one of the covered pests, we’ll provide any necessary follow-up treatments for FREE.
This preventive approach ensures your lawn stays healthy year-round without the need for aggressive insecticides later, which can harm soil life, such as earthworms.
*This treatment does NOT guarantee you’ll never see a grub or spittlebug, as the active ingredient only kills the insects once they begin to feed.

Clients not covered by the pest prevention treatment wil be protected by our “Pre-Approval Policy.”
Our Pre-Approval Policy ensures timely and cost-effective care for your lawn. By default, spot treatments for pests are pre-approved, allowing immediate treatment during our visit to minimize damage and expenses.
If you wish to opt out, notify our office, but please note this may increase costs due to additional visits and approval delays. This policy is designed to protect your lawn's health and save you money.
Cons of Spot Treatments Only: Loss of Key Benfits listed above and the potential need for more harmful insecticides.
