The Natural State Ornamental Program
Round 3
Slow, Steady Growth Done Right
By the time we reach Round 3, your ornamental plants are actively growing, and so are the pests that feed on them.
This visit is exclusive to the 7-treatment program youβre on. It is all about inspection, precision, and control. Instead of applying more fertilizer, we temporarily shift our focus to identifying problem areas and addressing pest pressure before it spreads.
What We Are applying
Round 3 is a targeted protection round for pests and diseases.
Primary application (as needed):
A pollinator-conscious insect control designed to eliminate common pests like aphids and whiteflies without unnecessary impact on beneficial insects
A specialized miticide to control spider mites, which can quickly damage foliage if left untreated
An insect growth regulator that interrupts pest life cycles, preventing future infestations rather than just treating current ones
No fertilizer is applied during this visit, as previous applications are still actively feeding your plants
What To Expect
Because this round is highly targeted, results will depend on what your landscape needs at the time of service.
You may notice:
Improved plant appearance where pests were present
Reduced insect activity within days of treatment
No visible change in areas that were already healthy (which is the goal)
This is a precision visit, not a blanket application.
Post-Treatment Instructions:
To ensure the best results from your treatment:
Please allow at least 1 hour before watering to give the application time to fully absorb
Keep pets and people off treated areas until surfaces are dry (typically 1β3 hours)
There is no need to rinse plants; this application is designed to remain on the foliage
We will leave a clearly visible service sign with the date and time of application, so you and your maintenance crew can easily follow the recommended re-entry window. This helps protect anyone working in the landscape and ensures the treatment is not disrupted before it has time to fully take effect.
