Fungal Management Treatment

Advanced Control for Widespread Disease

If you’re receiving this treatment, it means your property meets a few specific criteria:

  1. We’ve identified moderate to severe fungal activity across a large portion of your lawn.

  2. Spot treatments alone are no longer enough to control the issue effectively.

  3. You’re NOT currently on our Fungal Agronomic Program (prevention)

We’ve scheduled a full-lawn (or large-area) fungicide application to stop the spread and stabilize the turf as quickly as possible. However, we strongly recommend a preventive approach given the scale and severity of the issue going forward.

What We’re Applying

This is one of the most effective granular fungicides available in professional turf management and is commonly used on golf courses and high-end turf.

How It Works

  • Dual-active ingredients attack fungal pathogens in two different ways

  • Provides both curative and 30 days of preventative control

    • Helps stop active disease while protecting unaffected areas

What to Expect After Treatment

Disease spread should slow significantly within days

  • Existing damage will not immediately disappear

  • Recovery will depend on turf type, severity, and weather conditions

In many cases:

  • Discolored areas will gradually improve

  • Some areas may need time to fill back in

  • Severely damaged turf may require additional recovery support

Reactive VS Preventative Approach

While this reactive treatment is far better than nothing, our Fungal Agronomics Program (fungal prevention) is far more effective.

The Pros of Prevention:

  • Treat the entire lawn proactively before the disease develops

    • Significantly lower risk of visible damage

    • Less time spent recovering, more time enjoying

  • Time applications to soil temperature windows

  • Include FREE follow-up spot treatments as needed

    • The lawn is monitored carefully during every lawn treatment for any signs of disease

The Cons of Prevention:

  • Prevention is typically more expensive than reactive spot treatments.

Pre & Post-Treatment Instructions

  • Allow at least 1 hour before re-entry.

    • We will leave a clearly visible service sign with the date and time of application, so you and your maintenance crew can easily follow the recommended re-entry window. This helps protect anyone working in the landscape and ensures the treatment is not disrupted before it has time to fully take effect.

  • Water in as soon as you can.
