Fungal Spot Treatment
Fungal Management for Active Disease
If you’re receiving this service, it means your lawn technician identified active fungal disease on your property during your regularly scheduled lawn treatment and has taken immediate action to stop it.
While this isn’t something any of us wants to see, the good news is you caught it early, and it has been treated.
Why You’re Receiving This Treatment
This is a reactive, one-off fungicide application done as part of our “pre-approval policy.”
This policy is designed to provide the best service possible. It keeps costs to a minimum and ensures the disease is addressed immediately.
Product Details
This granular product is among the most effective fungicides available for professional turf management.
How It Works:
Dual-active ingredients attack the fungus in two different ways
Provides both curative and preventative control for approximately 30 days (industry-leading)
The Unfortunate Reality of Reactive Fungus Control
It’s important to be transparent here. This treatment is designed to stop the spread, not erase the damage.
Once the fungus has impacted the plant:
The affected grass may need time to recover or fill back in
Some discoloration can linger
Severe cases may require multiple treatments
Reactive VS Preventative Approach
While this reactive treatment is far better than nothing, our Fungal Agronomics Program (fungal prevention) is far more effective.
The Pros of Prevention:
Treat the entire lawn proactively before the disease develops
Significantly lower risk of visible damage
Less time spent recovering, more time enjoying
Time applications to soil temperature windows
Include FREE follow-up spot treatments as needed
The lawn is monitored carefully during every lawn treatment for any signs of disease
The Cons of Prevention:
Prevention is typically more expensive than reactive spot treatments.
Pre & Post-Treatment Instructions
Allow at least 1 hour before re-entry.
We will leave a clearly visible service sign with the date and time of application, so you and your maintenance crew can easily follow the recommended re-entry window. This helps protect anyone working in the landscape and ensures the treatment is not disrupted before it has time to fully take effect.
Water in as soon as you can.
