Finishing Strong: Rebuilding and Reinforcing After Summer Stress
WATER! WATER! WATER! Proper irrigation is critical at this time of year.
Plants CAN NOT feed without water, and starving plants DO NOT DO WELL in stressful weather conditions. Weeks of heat, humidity, and stress have taken their toll. Even the healthiest lawns start to show signs of fatigue.
This is where the strategy shifts again and where having a truly strategic fertility plan really pays off.
We fed aggressively early in the season, then transitioned to a soil-focused approach during peak summer stress. Now, it’s time to reinforce and reintroduce nitrogen in a controlled way.
This final boost of slow-release nitrogen helps your lawn recover from summer stress and sets it up to finish the season strong.
What Are We Applying?
Round 7 brings nitrogen back into focus, but in a very intentional way. We’re utilizing a premium fertilizer that combines:
dual-coated urea → Controlled, steady nitrogen release & Improves nutrient efficiency and soil interaction
Added Potassium (6%) → Continues supporting stress recovery and plant strength
This is not a quick push.
It’s a measured reintroduction of nitrogen designed to:
Rebuild the density lost during the summer
Restore color and vigor
Support recovery without overstimulation
Spot-Spray Weed Control (Included)
As always, any existing weeds present during this visit will be addressed using our targeted spot-spray method. While these applications are not organic, this approach dramatically reduces overall chemical usage compared to traditional blanket applications.

Pre & Post-Treatment Instructions
To get the most out of this treatment:
Make sure gates are unlocked
Remove any obstacles if possible
Keep pets inside during application
Avoid mowing immediately before or after treatment.
After treatment:
Allow at least 1 hour before re-entry.
We will leave a clearly visible service sign with the date and time of application, so you and your maintenance crew can easily follow the recommended re-entry window. This helps protect anyone working in the landscape and ensures the treatment is not disrupted before it has time to fully take effect.
Normal watering or irrigation will help move nutrients into the soil.
