Fungal Agronomic Treatment
Round 2
As summer winds down and cooler nights begin to return, your lawn is entering another critical transition period. While most homeowners are thinking about the lawn season is winding down, this is actually one of the highest-risk windows for turf disease.
Your fall Fungal Agronomics treatment is designed to protect your lawn during this exact moment.
What We’re Doing Today
During this visit, your technician is applying a premium preventative fungicide designed to stop disease before it develops.
This is not a reactive treatment. It is a strategically timed application based on soil temperatures, targeting the exact window when fungal pathogens begin to activate.
Our approach includes:
Full-label application rates for maximum control
Dual-active ingredients for broader protection
Even coverage across the lawn to prevent outbreaks before they start
This is the same golf-course-level strategy used to maintain high-performance turf.
Ongoing Monitoring (this is important)
Even with the best preventative program, nature doesn’t always cooperate.
That’s why every client on the Fungal Agronomics Program receives:
✔ Free Spot Treatments All Season
If we ever see fungal activity during a visit, we will:
Diagnose it on-site
Treat it immediately
Apply additional fungicide at no charge
This is a huge advantage over reactive-only programs, where every visit and treatment adds up quickly.
Why Fall Is a High-Risk Time for Fungus
In Central Arkansas, early fall creates the perfect storm for disease:
Post-drought-stressed grass is extra susceptible
Warm soil from summer
Cooler air temperatures overnight
Increased moisture from dew and rainfall
These conditions are ideal for diseases like Large Patch, especially in Zoysia and St. Augustine lawns.
And here’s the important part:
By the time you see it, the damage is already done. That’s why this application is all about prevention.
What to Expect After Treatment
Your lawn will continue to green up and grow normally
No visible “instant” change (this is preventative, not cosmetic)
30 days of protection during favorable disease conditions
Pre & Post-Treatment Instructions
To get the most out of this treatment:
Make sure gates are unlocked
Remove any obstacles if possible
Keep pets inside during application
After treatment:
Allow at least 1 hour before re-entry.
We will leave a clearly visible service sign with the date and time of application, so you and your maintenance crew can easily follow the recommended re-entry window. This helps protect anyone working in the landscape and ensures the treatment is not disrupted before it has time to fully take effect.
Water in as soon as you can.
