For pest spot treatments, we utilize a premium dual-active granular insecticide.
How It Works:
One active ingredient becomes soil-active immediately after being “watered-in,” killing pests in the upper soil layers, primarily targeting grubs.
The second active ingredient provides a powerful, short-term (2-weeks) systemic residual protection inside plants or grass, killing any pests missed by the initial soil-active ingredient.
This is a professional-grade product selected for one reason: it is among the most effective and safest options available when applied correctly.
The Unfortunate Reality of Reactive Pest Control
Transparency matters here. This treatment is designed to stop the damage, not reverse it overnight.
Once pests have begun feeding:
Some areas of turf may already be weakened or thinning

We will leave a clearly visible service sign with the date and time of application, so you and your maintenance crew can easily follow the recommended re-entry window.
